My name is Fiona Jane Crowley
I am originally from Ireland but have lived here in the Chianti area for the last 25 years. I initially worked in real estate in Castellina in Chianti. After having my children and deciding to work for myself Chianti property management was born. As a long time resident of Italy i am well equipped to assist you in all aspects of Italian life.

Services we offer
Our aim is of to be of assistance to you in the various matters that arise regarding the good running of your property here in Italy. We want to ensure that when you are away from your property you can have complete peace of mind and leave any worrying up to us.
Examples of the services we offer:
- To be a local contact ready to resolve any issues on the spot and to hold a set of house keys.
- To carry out regular security checks on the property and also regular maintenance checks e.g. water leaks, power cuts etc
- Regular checks of the utilities and ensuring that any bills get paid.
- Organising cleaning and gardening acccording to owners wishes
- Ordering heating fuel e.g. gas/oil or wood
- Arranging builders, plumbers, electricians to carry out any maintenance works as needed (in accordance with owners wishes)
- Give advice about any preventative actions that may be required to ensure that the property remains in good condition.
- Assistance with local banks
- Liasing with a local accountant about annual property taxes and local taxes.
